The hotel is located just few steps away from the Earls Court tube station which is a good thing. The hotel door was located in quite tricky position. There was just a small hotel sign outside. We had a room for three persons. Coffee facilities at the lobby, flat screen tv, shower and air conditioning at the room. Also a small fridge with free water bottles. Room was not big but big enough for us to sleep. Beds were okay, room was clean and everything worked out well. No breakfast was served but the area is full of breakfast places so it was no problem for us. Staff was polite to us. There was street noise but it did not bother us in any way.
I can recommend this hotel to all who wants to stay near by bars,cóffee houses, restaurants and tube station!

The location is perfect, you have few fast food places, shops and an underground station almost at the door. At Earls Court station it's very easy to move around all of London. The kind staff gave us the 1st floor room 105 when we asked so that we didn't have to walk up so many stairs. There is no lift so keep that in mind. At the front desk you can have complimentary coffee at any time which is nice and you can have 2 bottled waters on the house everyday but... the nice things end there.
If you are a light sleeper do not stay at the 1st floor. The 1st floor rooms are right at the front desk and there were loud people sometimes after 12 pm at the front desk chatting or yelling. This happened multiple times. Didn't go out to check what was going on but it sounded like someone was unhappy. Also one night there was a drunk man loudly chatting at the desk. You also do get noise from the streets but that wasn't too bad.
For my husband who's 192 cm tall the bed was too short and uncomfortable. What bothered us most about the room was the very very dirty carpet. I had to buy slippers just to be able to walk on it. And after a week in my slippers the bottom of them was black.. At the shower there were rust and chalk on the metal parts but other than that the shower was o.k. There is a fridge in the room but it wasn't cold at any point no matter what settings we put on it. The cleaner cleaned the room nicely daily but it didn't remove the fact that carpet was super dirty, the walls had scratches and marks all over and the window was so dirty you couldn't see out side, literally.
Because of the location I might stay in here again for 1 night business trip but for a weeks holiday I would get something more comfortable and cleaner.
