Following heavy growth and renovations in 2012 and 2013, Loews Hotels & Resorts is moving into Chicago with the new Loews Chicago. The new 52-story hotel will feature a combination of hotel rooms and condo rentals, including 400 guest rooms and 23 suites.
The new hotel is expected to open in January, 2015, just blocks from Michigan Avenue and the Chicago River. The hotel will feature onsite dining, a rooftop lounge, retail, a fitness center, spa and indoor pool.
