Good experience at this property at a conference in the heart of downtown Eau Claire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and 'trendy'. I stayed in a 'Manhattan full'-it was a pretty tiny space, I would've probably picked a King or 2 queen room for the rate difference per night. Housekeeping was also banging on doors trying to clean rooms well before 9am which was a little annoying but overall I'd stay here again.

I had a business trip to Eau claire and this hotel was close to the law office. Apparently the city has a parking Nazi that prevent anyone from parking on the street for 24 hours. You can't park overnight or for more than two hours during the day. The hotel which charges around $40 for city taxes per day and has a city parking garage next door has no parking. You can valet for $11 a day or pay .50 an hour at the garage. This is an insult when you are paying $150+ per day for a room. The hotel is surrounded by bars so unless you are a drunk you are going to find it hard to find a place to eat. The Hotel food was bland at best. Be sure and get your cookie as it was the best part of the entire experience. If I am ever back in Eau Claire I will stay on the main strip where parking is free and you have access to dining.
