This hotel isn't one of the high-rise buildings and its decor is kind of run-down so my expectations were not high. It ended up being a great stay! We ate two dinners and a breakfast in the hotel restaurant and every meal was excellent! We also asked for a Box breakfast for a Sunrise hike and they gave us a really nice spread to eat at the top of Masada. Then we asked for a mud wrap and they gave us packets of mud to use at the Dead Sea. The property in the back has a really nice grassy area with beds to lie on and a large pool.

Arrived at mid night as planned after attending the Masada light show. The lobby looked terrible, thus my wife and niece asked to see the room before signing in. The first room we were suppose to see was in use! The doors looked more like jail doors. The second room smelled awful and stains were all over. They decided not to take the rooms. The night manager was smelling from alcohol and cigarettes and would not cancel our reservation. It took me over three weeks to get the cancellation and refund. I am surprised at Fatal chain to have such hotel
