Sino @ the Downtown Denver took excellent care of us from the moment we walked in. He ensured we received the absolute best rate possible and, because we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, upgraded us to the connecting Le Meridian.

Sino escorted us around the corner to Ashley who chose the perfect room for us. While we were enjoying the hotel's breath-taking roof-top view of the sun setting behind the mountains, Ashley surprised us with a bottle of champagne chilling in our room accompanied by a really sweet "handwritten" Happy Anniversary note.

While we were enjoying our champagne, the perfect fireworks display began right outside of our window. I don't know how Sino and Ashley managed to set off fireworks just for us but we were simply blown away by the entire experience.

Finally, upon checkout, Martin addressed all of our needs, ensured every second of our stay was perfect and warmly invited us back again soon. We simply cannot wait to return.

I probably wouldn't have written a review for this hotel because I was there for a conference, but the nice young lady at the front desk (Ashley) asked me if I would. I certainly can say a lot of great things about the hotel. The staff was wonderful. Housekeeping was very thoughtful (Veronica), leaving me a couple of little tooth paste packages with a note that said she noticed I was low. But probably my highest praise was the food at the conference which I thought was wonderful! I also have to complement them on the Fitness Center they have, way nicer than I would have expected.

Okay... for my two negatives. I had no coffee maker in my room and I have to have that to give anyone a 5 rating. They also do not have ice machines anywhere but on the 2nd floor of a 20 story building. The front desk said they would send some up, but it never came.

Being a loyal Bonvoy Member, I would not mind staying there again if there were another conference there.
