We stayed in villa 12 (3 bedroom) for my birthday. The villa is stunning. It took a little to get use to the outdoor bathrooms and showers especially only cold water in the shower except for a burst of hot water that maybe lasts no longer than 5-10 seconds.
The staff use a WhatsApp number for any requests or queries. They were so professional, attentive and helpful.
We did the in room BBQ one night and that was fabulous. Definitely recommend this for anyone staying. We had breakfast in our room which was lovely too but then we ate in the restaurant and preferred that. Purely for the fact you get to eat your food as soon as it’s made, hot and fresh.
The gardens are beautiful and the pool and inflatables were a hit with the kids.
A couple of us had the in room massage service which was also great.
The main room air conditioning didn’t work well at all so we ran a fan that we found in the lounge but still the nights were hot. The other two rooms were fine. This villa had sun to the pool most of the day which was so nice.
The buggy dropped us to Seminyak Sq for shopping which was nice. Shame they don’t do a collection service as well.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend. Be sure to visit Tempted the sister restaurant of Settimo Cielo which is down the road. The owner/host was exceptional and the food and restaurant outstanding!
