This was our first family trip to Orlando and glad we chose this resort. It's close to the theme parks and other attractions but if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle you can also relax at the resort.
Firstly rooms are great - very spacious with a large kitchenette so you don't need to eat out. They also have laundry facilities on each floor so if you stay a bit longer you can do a wash which is a godsend when you have messy kids.
For the days we were relaxing at the resort , they had plenty to keep us busy: large pool, waterside, gym, kids activity centre, games consoles, crafts and kids specific stuff like slime making and more.
All the staff at the resort were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. Especially Sebastian from the recreational team who after just a couple of visits remembered my son by name ????
If we next come back to Orlando would definitely choose this resort again - we had a wonderful time there.

Everything about this property was on point. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool and gym were well maintained. Plenty of towels and places to sit by the pool. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were delicious.
