I stayed at this place on business, it was close and reasonable. The building didn't look great, I guess they had hurricane damage they are still working in. The room was great, nice kitchenette the bed was comfortable and everything inside the room was very clean. I stay in hotels at least 2 days a week. This place by far has the best wifi of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I went to tell the staff how much I appreciated it. It ends up I was telling the owner. I guess he is some sort of computer genius ???? he designed the system himself. I stayed several days the staff was great and the owner was very accommodating. But don't try to bring a pet. They state no pets and apparently the owner does not play around with rule breakers. ???? I guess that is the reason for the bad reviews. I have stayed in $400 a night 5 star resorts that were not this nice. At least inside the room and that's all I care about.

Wonderful time! The Inn is currently under renovations however that does not prevent you from having a clean, comfortable room. Every interaction with all staff was positive. In every instance, they went out of their way to attend to our needs. Very attentive and friendly. Tiki Bar - Awesome!!!! Pool was pleasant and well maintained however it would have been nice if there was a curfew set for young children, perhaps "adult time" after 10pm. The kids were still screaming in the pool at midnight and the pool was full; this made for a little inconvenience for patrons with poolside rooms having to listen to screaming children at midnight. Next door to the hotel is a RaceTrac gas station that provides soft-served frozen ice cream and yogurt and a variety of other snacks. Across the street is a delightful restaurant- CRAGERS. This hotel is located 10 minutes from airport and it was a short trip to Lido Beach and Saint Armand's Circle. Our family would definitely stay again.
