Yesterday minutes to 3 my cousin that came from the Bahamas overnight in Turks and Caicos along with her husband and I went to find out if there were any room available at La Vista Azul, Destiny checked me in and I went to the room and came back and told Destiny that my cousin wasn’t please the room was dirty and dusty, she said ok she will send the housekeeper to clean the room and give me a call, my cousin kept asking me if I got the call yet because she was tired and wanted to lay down, I told her no but we can go and check, minutes to 6 we went an check and was given the key, that place is infested with roaches, I don’t think they rents that room out and it’s sad that I was given that room after paying so much money. Room 4101, the internet password doesn’t work smt a waste of money and when I told Destiny about it I got no apology but never again will that happen to me, I’m waiting on the manager to give me a call, the living room chair probably has a nest because the most were there and in the draws, even the bed, my cousin had an early morning flight so she wasn’t able to complain to Destiny but we will be contacting the manager.

Smooth check in/ out process. Great room, Clean and nicely decorated. The Roof Top Pool was simply Beautiful! The nearby Restaurants located by Check in were good. I would recommend a room on a higher floor. (Personal preference) We were on the ground level.
