We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in October, 2019. Overall, we were satisfied with our room, the location, facilities and the friendly staff. Special thanks to Martin who was very helpful both before and during our stay. However, we wish to bring the following to the attention of the owners and/or management. One of the reasons I chose to stay here was their onsite laundry facilities. We were also assured during the check-in that they have ample quarters (coins) at the front desk needed to operate washer and dryer. The night we went to use them, 2 out of 3 "Maytag" dryers were broken and they had no (zero) quarters at the front desk! Apparently, the delivery had not happened that day and they had called the Maytag repairman but he could not come. We were then asked to walk to the nearby gas stations to get the quarters needed for our laundry (2 loads so 40 quarters!). I should mention that the outside temperature was 20F. Well, we had no choice but to go out in that freezing night to get our dollars exchanged for the quarters and then guard the only dryer available for use since already there was a queue of other guests for the precious dryer! So, we in fact managed to use the dryer only once and brought few damp clothes to our room to dry so that others could use that one functioning dryer as it was 10 o'clock at night by then. Further, when we checked out two days later, I mentioned this to front desk person who checked for quarters in front of me and was surprised that there were still no quarters in their cash drawer! So, if you plan to do laundry here, better bring your own quarters (20 per load) just to be on the safe side or go outside to a laundromat!

Check -in was fine at first, but afterwards after dinner was a not too good experience going through check in process again after Diana accidentally deleted my credit card info. which I was charged twice for incidentals and later was charged. Well ended up having to call Mike the manager to have him reverse overcharged bill
The whole experience was awful. Never will go back!
