Thank you very much for giving us a beautiful facility to stay at at a reasonable price. As many places as we travel and being a diamond member with Wyndham, we do not get these diamond in the rough’s very often. The beds were awesome, the towels were great the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and awesome. Great location, to walk around and enjoy Naples.

I have stayed here once before and did not have a problem. However, this visit I discovered that the back door into the hotel was not locked 24 hours as the sign stated. My son and I observed different people coming through the back door near the pool and they were not staying there and quickly went out the front door. I advised the girl at the front desk about the door and she said it was a maintenance problem and the door needed to be secured. The police were called to the hotel after my complaint but nothing was done. Also, there was a black hair in the bathtub and neither myself (totally white hair) nor my son (brown hair) had even taken a shower or bath. When my son and I tried to sleep that night we were bothered by someone playing a guitar very loudly and we thought it was the TV in the next room but then discovered that a man was sitting in the back of his pickup truck outside of our hotel window in the rear parking lot and was playing the guitar for his private party. I once again advised the front desk and the girl said she would take care of it - not sure if it was her boyfriend or what but the music finally stopped about 1/2 hour later. Thank God I had my son with me because if I had been alone I would have checked out immediately after finding out the door to the hotel was not secure.
