Great location in NYC! You're in the heart of Korea Town, so there are tons of yummy Korean food options close. You're also about a 15 minute walk to Times Square. The staff was amazing; friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean and nice overall. I originally thought the hotel was a notably more affordable option than competitors in the area, but after the $32/night in facilities fees I think they were probably pretty similarly priced. The other thing to note is the street noise; perhaps because it's an older building, I was able to hear EVERYTHING on the street (from the constant honking to the voices and laughing coming from the late night bar crowd). It was really hard to sleep. Maybe this is not as much of an issue on upper floors (?), but I can say that up to 4th floor it's definitely going to be something to keep in mind.

Location was perfect and the staff were amazing! We didn’t use the breakfast vouchers as it was only for a pastry, fruit and tea/coffee and it wasn’t even in the hotel, shouldn’t advertise that it includes breakfast when it’s hardly anything. The staff are the best thing about the hotel, rooms look much nicer on the pictures than in person. Wouldn’t personally stay there again. I would’ve complained about the rooms if the staff weren’t so friendly.
