My friend and I went away for a girls night this past weekend. We had a great check in and stay over. Great beds, room was clean and staff was friendly.... Until the morning. We slept in until about 8:30ish, which was great, then we hung-out in the room for a little before we headed to breakfast. Right before we went to breakfast a house keeper was walking up and down the hall around 9am knocking loudly on the doors to see if guest had checked out of their rooms yet. Very inappropriate as checkout time is not until 11am. She knocked on our door and I let her know we were still in there. We headed to breakfast and to speak to the front desk staff about it and the housekeeper then asked if we were done again. Pretty annoyed at this point, as I have worked for multiple hotels before and we would never allow our housekeepers to visit a room until the guest has checked out or it was check out time, we went straight to the front desk. Her response to our complaints was "that is that housekeepers personality and that she does not speak English." and Also " that the hotel is fully booked for that night so they are trying to get as many rooms done as possible for that night." Very Very poor customer service skills.

Checked into the property for a business trip. Property was in nice shape and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and all was in order. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Manchester for business or pleasure. They also had a nice little business center that I was able to print some forms I had forgotten to bring.
