First off, the free breakfast was very good. I'll give them points for that. The staff as a whole were friendly and helpful. The room was not bad. Alittle stale smelling but nothing terrible. The location is pretty far from any food places. You can walk to a few fast food shops but it's a pretty long walk. They advertise a "Bistro" on site for late afternoon/ evening, however the one time I attempted to use it on a Saturday afternoon it was not in service so I had to order delivery at a much higher cost. One of the main reasons I chose this location was the Airport Shuttle listed on the websitie directly beneath the listing of their 24hr front desk. I even called to verify shuttle to Love Field prior to booking. There was never a mention of the shuttle having "Limited Service." On the day prior to my arrival, I called to inquire about the process for shuttle pickup. At that time I was told that during the hours of my arrival & departure that the shuttle was unavailable. After conversations with a few different front desk staff, one of the managers agreed to pick me up when I arrived, but getting to the airport on time for departure would be up to me. I took Uber on the morning of my departure. I thought that after speaking to customer service and pointing out the false/ misleading information on their site that they would reimburse me. They did not. They did allow courtesy credits for future use.

This place is either new or just got a nice renovation. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. You’re right near a bunch of highways. If you use Uber, give yourself plenty of time, the drivers have trouble finding the hotel.
