The staff here is a dynamic group--very friendly and helpful. That, of course gets you off on the right foot. The room we had was spacious, stylish, and well prepared. TV options were superior, so that we were able to catch our late-running hometown NCAA football.
On the down side, we found the internet impossible to remain logged in to, so that we had to rely on cell phone data and experienced overage charges once we returned home. The breakfast was minimally adequate, though they did have very good fresh bananas and the breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. the cleaning staff did a minimalist once-over on the room, which we felt should have included floors.
We enjoyed the diversity and dynamism of the clientele, too, on this NYC marathon weekend.
