This was another stay at this hotel this season. On both occasions, desk was very understaffed which resulted in long waits. Overall management is poor since Wyndham took over. Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable but breakfast has been neglected i.e. frozen biscuits, limited choices. Overall a real disappointment as this was our 'go to' hotel when we travelled out of Bozeman. Will not return

It was parents weekend at MSU and this was one of the only rooms available in the area. First impression was dubious...a bit bizarre, as you drive in through the parking lot of a major truck stop, weaving past rows of semi trucks. Better signage would be reassuring to arriving guests. Once inside, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Lexie at the front desk - she was super helpful and took customer service to the next level! Room was spacious and nicely laid out. Other reviews mention dirty rugs and sticky floors, which we also found. The room was otherwise clean and beds/linens comfortable. The ventilation unit had a continuous fan setting, which served as white noise for a good night’s rest.
