We stayed at Casa De Adobe for a week on our Honeymoon. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the rooms were large and the interior design was unique and comfortable. The shower was incredible. Then there is the exceptional staff... Our flight got in late and Karla made the effort to come in to check us into our room which was adorned with the towel swans on the bed and a bottle of champagne. The service was the best of any hotel I have ever stayed with... We cannot wait to come back and would not consider staying anywhere but Casa de Adobe. Thanks to the entire staff at this amazing gem of a hotel!!

I stayed at this hotel the weekend of my birthday along with my fiancé and daughter. We had a lot of trouble getting there due to unforeseen circumstances related to our travel arrangements and didn't make it there until 3 AM of the next day. The staff (Fernando, who speaks English) gave me a call to follow up and assured me they would do their best to help us feel better after our ordeal, and boy, they did that and more.
The hotel is not located near the central part of the city, which meant it was very quite and away from the street noise. We drove to the center of town a few times and it took us 15-20 minutes each time, which was not bad at all and the quietness was very welcome.
This is definitely a hotel I will be coming back to if I ever have the opportunity to. The room was ample and clean. There was plenty of space for our stuff in the neatest hand-painted drawer I've seen in a long time. There was a small safe, iron and portable ironing board, TV, a long table with drawers. On the other room there was a very nice couch that my daughter (age 7) liked so much she sleep on it one night. There was a small balcony overlooking the pool, on the inner-side of the hotel, not sure if there is an outside view. One of the walls was made to look as if it was made of adobe and carved on it was a hole where a mood light was placed, making it look ever so cozy.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, hot water only took a few seconds to come out, which is always nice. The cleaning products were nice and provided to us daily, along with fresh towels and bathrobes.
The staff was so gracious, accommodating our requests (nothing crazy) to the best of their abilities and making us feel very welcome. I tend to dislike when personnel fakes being polite, and the people who helped us were very sincere and made our experience a very good one.
The pool and whirlpool were very nice, and although we only got to use it once, we had a great time. My daughter of course loved the latter and didn't want to leave. We had a few poolside drinks, as the bar is conveniently located right next to it, but not too close, which was perfect.
Overall our stay at this hotel was a really good one and it was all thanks to the exceptional staff and the very nice rooms, which after all, is what we want and we found it here.
