The employees are pleasant but it does not make up for the bathroom being dirty. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles in the shower had mold and mildew on them. The shower head was loose. The shower tiles were dingy. The toilet broke in the evening and no one was available to fix it. Hair on the bath towels.
The restaurant onsite, The Katherine, was good and would recommend for lunch or dinner. However, would highly recommend any number of other hotels in the area.

I stayed at the hotel for business. The stay was fine but when I came home I found that I had bed bug bites. I went to the doctor where it was confirmed that I had bed bugs. I had to go through all the necessary precautions to ensure my house was clean and all of that has now been resolved. I am not happy that I got bed bugs but honestly, I am even more upset by the treatment of IHG and the hotel. I've now called 7 times (over the 2 weeks) without any resolution, let alone a call back. Each time I call IHG, they go through the notes from prior calls, apologize, and promise me a call back the next day or two. None of this has happened. I am amazed that this is how they treat their guests, especially when there is a hygiene issue for THEIR hotel. I will never stay at an IHG again and I hope everyone who sees opts the same (or at least stays with caution).
