Good value

It is a good value villa for its price. A little bit wear and tear but its smiling and friendly staffs makes up for it. Overall, it was beautiful and clean but the living room air conditioner seems to be not at full blast. Therefore when there are more people gathering together it tends to get a bit stuffy. Location wise it was so near to the waterfall and we had free entrance to it n so that was a major bonus.

Stayed here on June, 3rd as part of my family vacation.

Location was away from Ubud central (roughly 15-20 minutes on vehicle), very close to tegenungan waterfall. And very quiet area (thats why i booked here)

There is no lobby, just a simple desk on the alley to our villa which is enough. They offer fresh coconut as welcome drink that was appreciated.

Villa was very good. nicely design with 2 floors. I love how they design second floor with all glasses wall. It feels freedom and relaxing at the same time with floral surrounding. We event spot some monkeys besides our villa.
Besides second floor, i also love the design of bathroom in the main room.

Good cold private pool on site.

Breakfast was just taste so so, but enough to fill our tums
Staff was very good and attentive.

it was a relaxing experience.
