I stayed for business, walking distance to their conference call by about 10 minutes. They only have valet parking, and the parking lot is really small. I was recommended to park in a large outside parking lot (free of charge) by the conference call, which is what I did.
The hotel lobby staffs were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was pretty and large, with nice amount of chairs. The lobby where you check in is located on 5th floor, which feel strange, since it was the ground floor from the parking... The sense of height is kind of all messed up here.
The shape of the lodge itself is very long, so I had to walk quite far to get to my room from the entrance/exit every day.
The room was a nice size with a huge armoire instead of a closet. Interesting... They had a humidifier in the armoire which was awesome since it is quite dry here. But, it didn’t have any instruction on how to use this particular type of humidifier. It would’ve have been helpful. The room had adjoining door with next room, which I don't like to have...but it was ok, no issues during my stay. The walls are paper thin though, I could here people walking and talking in the hallway.
The room had a balcony with a great view. I enjoyed sitting out there to relax every evening. The AC was not working, even it was summertime. Maybe intentionally? It was kind of warm in the room, but since the outside was the perfect temperature, I kept the door to the balcony open to let the cool air in.
The lodge has many levels (floors) but it was handicap accessible. There were some eateries attached to the lodge, but not many options right there. I do not recommend eating at Edgewater Café, horrible food and horrible service. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for a short business trip.

Keystone Lodge and Spa is a great place.
You can rest well, you can take a long walk along the nearby trail or you can ride a bike.
There is hot tub, swimming pool and many other attractions.
There are few restaurants and bar. There is also gift shop with grocery store right by the hotel's entrance.
The service was great. Room was comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and well equipped. We were very satisfied.
We kept our bikes in the storage room to have better and quicker access to them in the morning.
I strongly recommend this place.
