We live in a small near by town,and on February 8, 2019 our home burned. 4 in our family, the kids are 16&17 yrs of age and stayed with some fam the 1st couple nights and on the 3rd night,we rented a room there late on Sunday night. Well the lady up acted mad bc we woke her. And we were very tired so went stranger got to our room which smelled awful of cigarettes and holes in covers from burns. When my husband woke for work he paid another night. And I ask for a couple clean towels in exchange for my dirty ones and a roll of TP as to only 1/2 a roll being in room, I also didn’t want to be disturbed bc I needed some rest. The male owner, went off on cleaning guy in front of me for him helping me. Owner was terribly RUDE and unprofessional. My boys whom I’d not seen since Friday came by to see us and our room for phone starting ringing and was told NO VISITORS... No VISITORS BY MALE OWNER AGAIN... and decided not to stay and left after paying the $65.00 for the night and could not get a refund or receipt owner refused us one, so please don’t stay there they need to desperately learn some GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ......
