Nice hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel conveniently situated in Bayswater, a few yards from both Bayswater and Queensway tubes.

Very modern and clean rooms , and very quiet, despite being near to Bayswater high street. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Would definitely recommend for business or leisure travellers

I loved staying here! Staff went beyond being helpful and willing to answer questions, call ahead, suggest things. Just great!!! Place was very clean, well maintained. Ladies in sister hotel restaurant were exceptional! Would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it! Not knowing anything about London, it was a great safe location. Never felt ill at ease! Only negative was the room for 3 people was kinda tight, but still worked. But no air circulation since it was below street level. The lady at hotel though offered everything she could to accommodate us!
