Amazing Anniversary Stay

This is our second stay at The Kayana for our wedding anniversary. We had the most enjoyable relaxing stay and was welcomed back like family.

I just love the staff at The Kayana, with DARMIKA being our favourite waiter, who offered us the best service and welcomed us by name each time he saw us, although special mention to ALIN who was also great.

This villa is special, its quiet Room 823, has great in villa pools, has a spa, restaurant on site.

We enjoyed a chef cooking for us in the Villa for our anniversary night which was made special by the staff.

We stayed for 5 nights on a package prepared by the Kayana, which had some great inclusions.. if your thinking of staying contact them direct to see what they can offer you.

My husbands 6 year old Son & I spent 6 fantastic nights at the Kayana Villas in September.
We booked direct on line without any problems. Our room rate had lots of inclusions including 1 way airport transfer. Kayana picked us up at the airport & check in was smooth. The reception staff & driver were lovely.
We had room 823, this room was spacious & clean. It was right at the back of the grounds and reasonably quiet. My son loved the 7m pool. The room was cleaned daily with turn down service in the evening. The cleaners & gardeners did a lovely job keeping our room & the whole facility clean.
Breakfast was included, we picked from the menu and it was cooked fresh, it was tasty and enjoyable. We had complimentary afternoon tea which we enjoyed and gave us the opportunity to try some Indonesian deserts. They were yum. We ordered room service that was tasty and reasonably priced. The chefs and staff at the restaurant always looked after us, were happy & professional.
I had two massages, these were relaxing. Sintia was amazing and I almost drifted off to sleep. The free shuttle came in handy & dropped us off around Seminyak when we needed it. Overall a lovely stay, lovely facility & lovely staff.
