Having looked at previous reviews, we were a little apprehensive about our stay at this hotel. Mainly because it was for my sons bday !! On arrival we were greeted by lovely hotel receptionists who were more than welcoming.
We were then given our room keys etc and what a lovely start !!our room was not only spacious but lovely clean and modern !not not dated like previous comments at all !! Our beds were lovely, complimentary drinks etc and they had left a little cake and card for my son bday !!special touches !! We booked the package with spa and afternoon tea and have to say from start to finish everything was wonderful !!food was gorgeous, spa was lovely, not overly large but we relaxed tried each room etc especially the snow room and loved it ! The location was a little far out from Kensington high street but didnt matter as a uber was only 5.80...wondeful stay, staff were fab will definitely come back !!thankyou x

We stayed one night at the K West for our two year wedding anniversary. My expectations are really high when it comes to hotels and this hotel not only managed to match but also exceeded my expectations

Upon check in we were greeted by a wonderful, welcoming and friendly in house receptionist who quickly checked us in; they also provided a complimentary upgrade as it was our anniversary- we were really not expecting this and it was such a pleasant surprise

Entering our room was an anniversary card and some complimentary cupcakes too! Again such a wonderful and thoughtful touch. The room we were upgraded to was a studio and it was large, spacious and spotless! The White Company toiletries were great and they also provided a dental kit in addition.

The next morning as part of our package we had breakfast included. Again such great service at the restaurant, they were very flexible allowing me to swap and change components of the dish without any trouble and the food was tasty

We also had a spa package included ; the spa receptionist again was super friendly and welcoming; I am at a loss why some of the reviews said otherwise- she was great as were the therapists.

My only gripe was that the steam room was unfortunately out of service for our stay and a suggestion for the future would be if this is the case it may be nice to offer a complimentary mini treatment to guests who have booked packages hoping to have full spa access

Our massage was great and the other spa amenities were fab. The changing rooms were spotless and for females they also provided Ghd Hairdryers and straighteners which again is a great small touch

Overall fantastic service! We will be back again soon
