Overview

Families can fall happily into Jenna’s hospitable arms at this singular accommodation featuring deluxe yurts. Perched on a slope 1.5 km from Panajachel, guests behold the most extravagant views of the lake and its volcanoes, and praise Jenna’s homemade jam and the “Neighbar” onsite. Shuttles from La Aurora airport are just as easily arranged as tuk tuk rides into humming, hippie “Pana.” Kids will adore the owner’s dogs as they play in Jenna’s paradisaical, flower festooned yard. Tip: Book the two-story yurt with one queen bed and two twin beds.

Beautiful place and wonderful host

by sueny123

Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful place. The gardens and the pool are lovely. We especially appreciated the owner Jennifer and her attentiveness -- our son had come down with a traveler's stomach bug at the beginning of our trip, and she made him a special tea which effectively provided a cure for him. Jennifer was so thoughtful of everything!

Vacation to Panajachel

First stay at Atitlan so did basic research w/ Tripadvisor. Booked two nights at Jenna's. Planned on staying 4 but only booked two nights so we could have time to land and examine. (Told my wife - "anyone can make photos look good".) I think website depicts well. Added the extra two nights as soon as had a chance to examine. Absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast is great / fresh and included. Wife was impressed. Quiet, separated from town just enough. Staff on site for meals, bar, etc. and yet you have plenty of privacy. Plenty of room and space. I have thought about if we were able to return- would we stay somewhere else? My answer at this point - 'Why would we?'
