This is the worse place you can stay!!! I’m not happy with the way me and my husband were treated. We are not criminals. They really need to look at there camera in triple sevens for last night. No reason to be treated the way we were. We will be hiring a lawyer for being discriminated against.

My husband and I enjoy prime rib, especially when we have something to celebrate. We had been to the Tiwa Restaurant at Isleta Resort and Casino before, were not impressed, but had heard a different chef had joined the staff. So we decided to try again. So on Oct 18 of this year, we went to Tiwa Restaurant. Never. Ever. Again. The $16.99 meal was served with instant mashed potatoes (served cold and under the cold prime rib), and the 'vegetable' of the day. The $3.99 salad bar (price with entre) was the best part of the total meal. The waitress was absent minded (could not remember we had ordered two Isleta Eagle margaritas which are $12.00 each, we reminded our wait staff and had them delivered in the middle of our dinner). The prime rib was cold...it was rare (as we like it), but cold and absolutely flavorless. I had to ask for gravy as no aus jus was prepared or offered. Mushroom brown gravy was all the restaurant had, and it was also served cold. The total dinner was $41.96, and liquor was $24.00. We could have spent the same amount at many different restaurants and would have had a much better experience.
