I went here as a solo traveller and was treated with respect and friendliness by all staff
as I was going end of season I wasn't sure whether things were going to be a bit 'tired' but everywhere was spotless - the entertainments team was fantastic and there were lots of activities going on from aqua aerobics to table tennis tournaments etc
the room in the garden area was fantastic and very clean with plenty of hanging space for clothes etc
the restaurant was amazing with a different selection of fesh meats everyday with wine flowing and the waiters worked the hardest I've ever seen anyone work and always with pleasantries to me -
the bar staff again worked really hard and there was a good selection of drinks available including a cocktail of the day - as the hotel is all inclusive for all guests there was no wristbands required or any hesitation in supplying drinks - how they manage to survive on the cost of staying there is amazing
most guests are French or German/Russian but don't let his put you off as all the staff speak good English
there were plenty of sun beds dotted around the pool and surrounding areas and there is a private beach and pontoon with direct access for swimming in the sea which was warm
I would definitely go back again - getting into Bodrum is easy as there is a local bus nearby and a taxi station within a few minutes walk
the site like a lot of the nearby hotels has security at the gate so everything felt very safe and secure - a definite recommendation

Where shall I start....
Hotel: Very clean. The rooms are a bit weird for my liking, but it's clean.
Food - I cannot fault the food! very generous. All types of food. Loved it.
Reception staff - very helpful and attentive. Thanks, guys.
Animation team - was rather disappointed with the team. I have 3 young kids, but we weren't approached by the team. We felt left out most of the time. Some of the team members would walk past us and ask others to join in.. i guess we are not white enough, (we are Asian) - within 7 days, we were approached 2 twice.
Evening shows for the kids were entertaining. We didn't even know about the shows until we walked passed it on the 2nd day.
Evening entertainment - was a bit boring, but they do try to keep it as lively as possible.
Beach/Pool - Very clean, enough sunbeds, exercise sessions were fun and great. I would highly recommend it.
Waiters - most of them are lovely.
Room cleaners - Wow what a great team you have. They work so hard. They have cleaned our room every day.
Overall experience was very good and we did enjoy it. I would recommend that the staff acknowledges EVERYONE and not selectively approaches certain types of people i.e. only white looking. We have paid the same amount, therefore, we should be treated the same!
