Aguas Calientes for most visitors is a nights pit stop before or after Macchu picchu. Given this is a small town with no roads leading to it, one can’t come in with huge expectations for services such as restaurants and hotels. Having said that this small, family run hotel just fit the bill. The service at the reception is prompt, courteous and very helpful (we had multiple additional requests which we’re all catered too, with a smile). The rooms are decent, especially the bathrooms which are perfect for a post trek shower. We were very pleased overall for what they were able to offer for the price.

Reserved the hotel as we left the train. We arrived 5 min later and they had the room ready for us. We only noticed the sconces that are hanging from the wall, showing the cables. Also it obviously doesn't compare to a Marriott. There is no iron, or complementary coffee maker. But definitely very secure and is cleaned very well.
There is also a 10% discount with their restaurant. You are also able to book a massage and they do it in you room.
Cable TV, wifi and buffet breakfast is included.
Oh I was happy to know it has an elevator as my grandpa can't do the stairs to much.
