The InterContinetal Montreal is an oasis for families. Kids will love swimming in the saltwater pool, and parents will enjoy relaxing along the pool deck. Laundry services and dry cleaning are available, and the staff is multilingual and will be able to help with family’s needs no matter the language they speak. Osco! is the onsite restaurant that families will enjoy dining at during their stay in Montreal, and the upgraded suites are large enough to fit a family of five. Ajoining rooms are also a great option for families with older children or extended members.

The hotel's facilities are fine although you can see the hotel's been around a while. Cleaning staff are particularly corteous and are comfortable conversing both in English and French. The restaurant is somewhat small and gets easily congested. The breakfast menu is too narrow. For all the 12 days I spent at this hotel, the breakfast remained the same and has very few options e.g. only pork sausages and no beef or chicken. Also the muffins seemed not fresh. Also, the lighting in rooms was quite darkish and I had to asked for additional lights, which were promptly granted. The guest services dept is very responsive and friendly. Location-wise, the hotel is well-located close the Montreal Convention Centre, restaurants and the Place D' Arms metro station.

Very nice shower and towels were nice and fluffy and neat. Room was big and bed was also very comfortable.
