Although this hotel is a tourist destination, the staff need some international cultural guest training. My experience was very savory. I am a black Woman traveling with a Caucasian friend, and I had a number of interactions with the staff at the hotel which were unsavory. From being ignored at check in, to being asked to verify that i was staying at the hotel when sitting on hotel chairs. My friend was not subject to any of this disappointing treatment. This is not a place that I would return to.

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous for the entirety of our stay! They accommodated an early check-in and went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our honeymoon We stayed on points and it was a tremendous value; definitely in the top three hotel stays I've ever had. Zero complaints about any part of our experience.
