Good hotel bad restaurant

Nice welcoming and environment.
Cool position, not far from the flatiron building, the fashion district and the amazing high-line.
Nice and quite clean room considering the NYC average.
I suggest to avoid the restaurant room service, the quality is very bad and the breakfast absolutely too expoensive considering the service offered.

Nice hotel - but things could be better

Nice hotel with excellent location. However, the beds are too small for sleeping two in (at least for teenagers). Only queen bed size are available - could be good if this is clearer on the website. No room servie of breakfast, the room was cleaned very late two/three days of our stay. The hotell charge a resort fee, not optional.
