With a classic Bavarian look, the inn is a traditional alpine resort with just 25 guestrooms and suites, as well as a five-bedroom chalet. The pet-friendly inn features an Austrian tree house for kids, as well as skating in the winter and an outdoor, heated swimming pool. The inn’s cozy SkiMeister Café is open for breakfast and apres ski snacks.

I went twice and would easily stay a third. It's perfect for me because it's quiet and homey and a really good breakfast is included. I tend to like feeling like I'm in a home more than a hotel when up in the mountains and this place is perfect for that. It's well maintained of with an Austrian ski lodge.

Stayed in room #1 if you want to call it a room. 3ft from the front door & 6ft from the lobby desk with a lobby bathroom right next to our door. You could hear all lobby conversations & everyone entering & leaving. Window was open & would not close. My husband had to straddle an outside stairwell & push the window from the outside so I could latch it w/ the little hooks on the inside. Room was like a storage room that had been converted to a terrible hotel room. Noisy, terrible bed that squeaked w/ every move, dated chair & a "closet" that is just a couple of pieces of wood slapped up. We immediately told Gary at the front desk our room was unacceptable & we were not satisfied nor was the room what was presented on the internet. He said there was nothing he could do about it & to talk to the manager in the morning. In the morning when my husband tried to speak with the manager the front desk was closed. We had reservations for 2 nights & left after 1 & will be disputing the additional night charge via our credit card company. This is the worse hotel room we have ever had to stay in & would have left upon arrival if it had not been late w/ no other hotels available in the area.
