With ideal location in downtown Santa Fe, the Inn of the Governors is a great place for families to stay. The 100 guestrooms range in size, sleeping between two and six guests. Rooms offer one king or two queen beds and some have either one twin or one double sofa bed for even more sleeping room. They also have coffee makers, mini-fridges, complimentary Wi-Fi and safes. Fireplaces and mini bars are also available in some guestrooms. The hotel has a pool that is open year-round, but families will have fun exploring the city. Enjoy family meals at the onsite restaurant, Del Charro Saloon and a complimentary breakfast daily. Parking is free, too.

It is not fancy or modern, but it is absolutely clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the adobe fireplace in our room. All set up and ready to light each night. (Not all rooms have it) But the best things about it are the location which speaks for itself and the staff and the warm and friendly atmosphere they create. It seems like everyone who works there has been there forever and takes great pride in "their" hotel. Breakfast is wonderful. The restaurant menu is limited and basic, but what they do, they do well. The bar is in fact mostly locals who enjoy the warm atmosphere and the best margaritas and other cocktails at very reasonable prices. Hotel guests hang out in the lobby (or bar) and you get to meet other interesting people enjoying their stay. My group of 4 couples all enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back if we return to Sante Fe.

Right in the Centre of Santa Fe. Lots of parking on site so you can leave the car and explore on foot. We had a warm welcome. The room was lovely with lots of local decorations. Very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent. Great choice of food and excellent unlimited coffee.
Shopping is great in Santa Fe. Locally made, jewellery, chilli products. Wish we had more room in our suitcases!
