The Inn at Opryland, a Gaylord Hotel was built in 1985 (rooms were renovated in 2011), but what the inn is missing in shiny-new is made up for thanks to a sweet location. Sitting a mile from the Grand Ole Opry, a stay at the Inn at Opryland means you can hop the complimentary shuttle and be chauffeured to many venues including the Opry. The hotel features guestrooms with one king or two doubles. A rollaway bed for a fee allows five to sleep in the room with two doubles. Each room has a flat-screen TV and a mini-fridge. The property provides free Wi-Fi and parking. Two onsite restaurants are available, one serving breakfast and the other serving lunch and dinner. The pretty indoor pool will delight kids.
The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel sits an eight-minute walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame and 1.6 miles to Music Row.

Go to Motel 6. You will get more for your money. Really unimpressive for the price. Poor shower water temp control and small room. This is a second rate hotel charging first rate prices. My room is mediocre. Very blah.

I'd just like to do a shout out for the housekeeping staff here. Specifically to Juana J. and Caren. I appreciate their quality work and their honesty. I know it seems cliche to say that it's rare these days, but it sure seems like it is. I left a valuable and didn't realize it till that evening after I had checked. I was able to pick the item up the next day. Thank you Juana J. and Caren!! By the way, first time I've stayed at this hotel and although somewhat aged, our rooms were clean and would stay here again.
