For a bit more of a splurge and kid-friendly amenities, the Inn at Laural Point offers a lot to families. Situated on the 6-acre Laural Point near Fisherman’s Wharf, the hotel offers room to romp, with a park-like setting featuring a Japanese garden, outdoor seating, and green space. Choose from the Laural Wing’s standard-style rooms with two queens or a king and sofa-bed. The Erickson Wing offers larger suite-style rooms with separate bedrooms (no kitchens) and soaker tubs. Cribs and cots are available for no extra cost. There’s an onsite restaurant, glassed indoor pool, free Wi-Fi, and games such as Monopoly, Cribbage, and Uno. Ask about hotel scavenger hunt. Like other Victoria hotels, be sure to book early.

The location on the waterfront is stunning....the restaurant has a gorgeous sunrise view.
The rooms are spotless, clean and inviting...4th floor harbour view! Wow!
Although the hotel is under some renovation , most affects the outside walkway area. The hotel warned of this inconvenience and they proceeded to make my stay one of the best ever! Such friendly service is so refreshing!....All staff I interacted with went out of there way to be genuinely friendly !

Stayed for two nights. We were advised that they were renovating the lobby when we reserved the room but not the roof. We were rudely awoken at 7:00am by workers just below our room. The first night we had no light in the hallway, the toilet ran consistently, the toilet seat needed tightened as it was moving. The bathroom door was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. The counters in the bathroom and hallway were heavily stained. We have stayed there numerous times over 20 years and never had a complaint. They are renovating the lobby but not spending money on old rooms badly in need of upgrades.
