Pool access room was okay however the couch was dirty and there was limited places to put suitcase on shelf in room but it was clean. Shower pressure was poor.
Great pools and we were able to get deck chairs however difficult access into the pool for elderly or people with back injuries. Enjoyed watching people jump off the diving boards.
Gym is poor with a cable machine, a few dumbbells and cardio machines.
Buffet breakfast was tasty and friendly staff. We didn’t have any other meals in the Hotel as the menu didn’t appeal to us. Cheap taxi to other hotels for dinner.
The check in process was poor and very disorganized. We were told to wait to the side but no one got us for over 30 minutes. There was no accessible water (paid or complimentary) whilst we waited. We needed to get receptions attention to advise we were still waiting to check in. Despite a check in of 3pm our room wasn’t ready until 4pm. We were starving, tired and frustrated so expressed this to the hotel and they have us complimentary non-alcoholic drink while we waited. Disappoint for a highly rated hotel.
Hotel was fine but wouldn’t stay again.
