Me&my husband stayed for our 8th anniversary. We had a fabulous meal in the pembrooke restaurant. Staff friendly. We stayed room 102.very small.needs updating. Cold comin through window. Draft coming through making door bang through night. My cousin surprised us with btl of wine and orderd box of o briens chocolates
A small box was on our bed with 2 choclates.i texted her.they were meant to be a box of selection o brians chocs.she rang them and when we came back to room they had 12 more of these 2 box chocolates all the same..this was terrible, then the hotel sends us the bill of the wine and chocolate that was a gift&already paid for...we were told that we could use the spa facilities until i enquired only to be told it was €16, each. The hotel was central, but expensive..but there was alot of mistakes made and rooms need a touch up..

Loved this hotel! Our room was beautiful and full of natural light during the day, and very dark and quiet at night and in the morning. The hotel includes breakfast, which was nothing special, but it was included in the price so we ate it. The real gem here was the room, the comfortable bed, the amenities and the location.
