Stayed here for two nights earlier this week due to working commitments. Decent location as plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance, underground only a 5 min walk and the cab to and from the airport was also only around 20 mins outside of rush hour. Room was small but clean, certainly functional. Staff were friendly enough. Breakfast had plenty of choice and hot food available on request. Plenty of bread, cheese, ham etc. Big screen in the bar for sport. Ideal for a business trip, but I don’t think this is ideal for family or a couple sightseeing as it is just a bit too functional for that for me. Would stay here again if working locally.

Great location as the metro is a really short (2 min) walk away and therefore easy to get around. Had a meeting at the Ifema and this was around 30 minutes door to door. Similarly getting into town is easy on the metro (though does take about 30 minutes too). Supermarkets and nice bakeries nearby so no problem if you decide not to include breakfast. Lovely room suites though a little sparse and really expensive though I think it was a n expensive time in general. No view what so ever from the room
Front desk was really not great. Standing around for ages waiting to check in as only one person who seemed to be able to do it. Waited for ages for an iron. Doesn’t tell you how to call the front desk from your room. A bit noisy (as others have said) but not at unreasonable times. Overall pretty good.
