Overall a good stay

Our overall experience in this hotel was good. Location of this hotel is very convinient in terms of accessibility to shops , restaurants and Malls. Patong beach is very nearby.

Rooms are not very specious but manageable for a short stay. Breakfast was good though not very suitable for Indian travellers.

Some negatives: receptionist at lobby could have been a bit polite. But I feel that's a common experience in Thailand towards Indians. She didn't even know what's the first aid box.
But anyways as I said overall it was a good experience.

What a fantastic experience in phuket. We book after seeing this hotel very cheap. Very easy access to the beach, near the street of foods, the price also includes with breakfast and it was so nice. An attractive location in patong beach. Very highly recommended this Ibis hotel.
