Overall a very enjoyable experience, with beautiful surroundings, friendly staff and lovely food.
One criticism is the changes made (last year?) to layout of the toilet and shower of the garden rooms. Not well done and very awkward to use compared with old separate bathpoom set-up.

We stayed for a week at this hotel in October with our 21 month old son. What can we say other than Thank You! We had the best week, the hotel is very clean, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was pretty good especially The Greatest Showman show. Although the kids club is from 4 years, our toddler loved the mini disco. The kids pool having just been refurbished was brilliant & we were so lucky it re-opened on our 2nd day there! Our Son is egg & dairy free and we had our concerns about catering for him however; after emailing the hotel ahead of our stay enquiring about where we could purchase items, they had gone out and got him some dairy free butter & it was sitting in the fridge waiting for us. A very nice touch and certainly over & above our expectations. Our room was great, front and side view of the sea / pool and was always kept really clean. There are a lot of regulars that return from what we could tell, which says a lot about the hotel. We would definitely return and hope to very soon. Thank you again.
