I have stayed in many grand hotels however, the Hyatt Regency was deceiving. It is no doubt beautiful inside out. However the staff was not warm and inviting to represent the Hotel. I was displeased with the lack of sleep comfort, room temperature and lighting out in the entrance of the hotel room.

Very Pricey and the parking is high but the room was nice and staff was pleasant. If it wasnt so costly I would've been happier with my stay. It was just one night and cost me $750.00 for me and my business partner to attend a meeting. Other hotels cost less and have nice rooms as well. If I had to stay 2 evening I wouldve had to stay at another hotel. I am a small business owner and value to cost means a lot.
