Excellent room accomodations, amenities, cleanliness and everyone provided fantastic service and assistance. Great food too in Room Service. Parking was easy. The hotel is located in a great spot in Vancouver for easy walking distance to restaurants. The hotel shuttle and public transportation was easy. Great trip. Will only book at the Hyatt every time.

I am a hyatt member and i have stayed at hyatt's all over the world. And this is the worst hyatt that i have ever stayed at. Very very dirty, The lobby was very dirty and it had people sleeping on all of the couches. Room was very dated and tired. This did not feel like it was a room that should cost 300.00 a night. In the heart of Vancouver. Holiday inn is better than this. I am very unhappy.
