Stayed at this location because the Napa Andaz was booked solid. Checked in. Room was small and had zero view. Moved to another room. ADA compliant. Not good either. Shower head was place a the tub faucet height. I did not even understand the thought process behind this design. Moved again. Right next door. Why didn't they give ne that room in the first place. Lost about 2 hours moving rooms and luggage. Staff was not helpful. Not planning to ever come back to this location.

When kindness comes in the unlikeliest of places, the feeling of warmth, gratitude and appreciate carries on with you for the rest of your day. Michaela, the front desk agent, didn't know us from Adam. There was no reason to show us the VIP treatment. We booked a basic room. Yet, she did. This well-put together professional provided us with an early check-in and a room with a view. At 8 in the morning, after a 3 hour drive when it's 40 degrees outside, a nice hot shower makes a world of difference. Michaela gave us this. I write this review when the experience is fresh in my mind. But as years go by and this review lingers on Tripadvisor, I'm going to remember how Michaela made us feel. And we felt like a million bucks.
