Nice start to our trip

We decided to have a day in London before we flew out for our honeymoon and chose to stay here. It didn’t disappoint. The location is spot on, so much to do around the hotel a small walk away. Staff are friendly and there if you need any help with anything. The prices for drinks in the bar aren’t too expensive and it is a great place to sit and have a drink even if you’re not staying at the hotel. Rooms are a decent size and clean. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was reasonably priced too. Would definitely go back.

Good hotel but not a good experience

Check in if staff were great and the room was clean as well as the staff collecting our luggage from main door to the room were great however
We had bad experience with one of the concierge staff who attended to a simple inquiry from us in a disrespectful manner that ruined the whole experience with this hotel
