I just want to put it behind me.

Never again.
When so many things are negative within an establish, it is a clear sign of POOR MANAGEMENT.
Every point of contact with the staff outside of the front desk, where they upsold me a king room with a view of a parking garage that was so close, I could read the license plates, was either annoying or literally painful.

Food bland, housekeeping rude, terrible masseuse, loud parties at night in the arcade that ECHOED through the arcade and into my cold room.

This wasn’t my first or second choice for a hotel, and it shouldn’t be yours either.

Too noisy on Friday and Saturday, poor valet service

Rooms are fine and clean. That being said the noise from weddings and/or events that are held in the arcade is a problem. I would not stay here unless I was attending the event being held in the center of the arcade. The valet service is awful and needs to be improved.
