Checked in Thur. night, Friday morning 5;30 am toilet plugged up, tried to call desk, phone doesn't work. Get dressed, go down to lobby. Told I would have to wait until service guy gets there. Almost ready to leave for day, service guy shows up. Can't speak English, I don't don't speak Sp[anish. Finally get him to understand problem, he tries to enter bathroom while my wife is in there. Finally get him to hold up a minute. He fixes toilet (kinda, it never flushes correctly all weekend). He replaces toilet seat while he's at it. We leave, I tell desk no phone. They say a replacement is not available but they can move me to another room. No time for that, I gotta go. That night we come back, no phone. No washclothes, towels , shampoo or replacement coffee pot supplies. All weekend thegirl never renewed coffee supplies or soap or shampoo. We did get towels on second day. I have filled this out several days ago, but I guess the computer site didn't deliver.

Great location between the Philbrook and Aquarium. The staff was very welcoming and professional. They seemed to genuinely be concerned about our wellbeing and enjoyment of our stay. The room was clean and comfy.
