Riduculously Small Bathrooms

The bathroom door does not close unless you lift the toilet seat! Get inside, life the toilet seat and lid, close the door, and bring down the lid again, rinse and repeat!

Apart this being on the riverwalk and friendly efficient staff, I cannot think of one good thing about this hotel. The beds were ordinary, the pillows were uncomfortable - not one of use slept comfortably (family of 4). There was not even a microwave to heat up food for my 9-year old.

I have to mention that I am a Hilton Diiamond member, and I jumped at the chance of staying at a Hyatt to compare it and make a decision if I should switch loyalties. My first experience with Hyatt and it was so disappointing.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot for a great price

Clean, breakfast is great. small bar in the lobby area. Nice cozy lobby. Bed was comfy and AC was one that stays on to have white noise- which I love!! Nice to have the extra space with a couch to watch tv before bed. Office desk with a ton of plugs.
