Great hotel but a bit isolated location

This Hyatt Place in north San Antonio is a very nice and welcoming place to stay — large, nice rooms, great breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, 24-hour fitness center and indoor pool — but a bit isolated in terms of being conveniently located, especially if you do not have a rental car.

Best customer service ever!!

I stayed at this facility for a wedding that I was traveling to San Antonio for. Despite the fact that this hotel had two wedding parties in house, the dedicated customer service and attention to detail was stellar! the staff here was possibly the best and most conscientious ever!
