This hotel was a strange mix of good and bad. The good:The staff was very friendly. The hotel's decor and furnishings are modern and very tasteful. The breakfast was great.
The bad: My room's carpet was badly stained. The hot tub was very chilly, even cooler than the pool. And the worst part of the visit was children running unattended up and down the hallway. It began around 11pm and went on for quite some time, making it very difficult to sleep. Their pounding up and down the hallway and shouting woke me up at 1:30 am as well. I feel this is unacceptable and Hyatt Place management should have dealt with the situation.
Overall the hotel was nice, but definitely has some things it needs to work on if it wants repeat customers.

Intensive staff, poor food choices. Messy floors. These are primarily first world issues, but I’ve come to expect more from the Hyatt brand. This was a family oriented location, room was not as pictured but it was clean.
