Great location near the hospital. We stayed for the birth of our granddaughter. This hotel was the closest to the hospital. The room was good for us and the location was near good places to eat and near a grocery store.

Check in for 1 night and was force to
Be next to a room with a screaming kid and when I complained instead of being offered to be moved I was told that I should have said something earlier and they said they couldn’t control a screaming kid
The next day after being woke at 6 am to the screams of the child I when to the front desk at 9am and the lady working the desk Cynthia , told me that they can’t control the kids scream and she also said that Brain had noted that there was no screaming alluring that I was making all up.
I then asked for the manager and explained it to him and expressed my disappointment of the staffs response and recommend that they apologize for not offer to move me to another room , to which he replied that I was entitled to my option and refused to apologize
I then called Hyatt Customer Service
and once again explained the situation and she asked me to stand in line why she contacted the manager at the hotel she came back on the line and to her dismay is cannot believe that the manager was still refusing to apologize
She apologize for the behavior of the staff and the manager
